The Incredible Power of Manifestation!

The practice of manifestation has been practised since the release of the book The Secret by Rhonda Byrne in 2006. The self-help book based on a film details the law of attraction. It tells us how our thoughts and emotions can influence and even create our objective reality. A similar concept is explored in the book- The Alchemist by Paulo Coulo where a popular quote says– “And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieve it.”  Manifestation is a technique by which we use positive methods of shaping our reality according to our wishes. It is based on the philosophy that we are all a part of the universe and therefore able to connect with the universe to reach our full potential and make all our dreams come true.

Manifestation is a concept that brings down wishes and desires into real life through focused thoughts and actions supporting the same. Everybody wants to achieve their goals. I hope you are also on the list of those 60% of people who believe in god or the superpower in the world but still many are not able to redeem the abundance of happiness, love, pleasures, and blessings from the universe that it desperately wants you to get. The problem is that most of the people are unaware of the way to talk and communicate with the universe to get what we want.

The principle that works in manifestation that many of us are unaware of is the law of attraction. One of the strongest forces and energies present in the world. The principle encapsulates all about positive thinking in life. It speaks that a positive and growth mindset for a person will give positive and negative results. You might have experienced that if one morning your day starts unwell then the whole day ahead does not go well because the whole day we all constantly think well. The phenomenon behind it is this extreme force. It is like a magnetic attraction that is channelled by our thoughts and thinking. The power of positive thinking is that with consistency we develop powerful energies and vibrations in our body to work and live graciously as what we think is heard by every thirty-seven trillion cells in our body.

Ways to do proper manifestation

Visualization

These days, visualization is a pretty common approach. It is a powerful manifestation method in which the individual visualizes the desired outcome.  The individual visualizes the goal accomplished and observes the outcome. By providing the brain with the same emotions, signals, and reactions that are appropriate for reaching the intended state, it stimulates the brain. Though not the actual outcome, we should see the action we will do in the greatest possible way to accomplish our objectives. A badminton player would want to win the competition, for instance.

Therefore, the player’s visualization should be of moving quickly around the court, making deft smashes and strokes, gliding and coordinating defence shots, and more, rather than concentrating on the picture of standing on a podium with the medal. Words are not as powerful as action! Let’s picture the action. Famous cricketer Virat Kohli stated in an interview that visualization is a major factor in his success. He frequently sees himself striking long and hard against the world’s best bowlers. He is visualizing and forming a constructive mental framework for his body to handle that circumstance as best it can while he is practising, working out, and listening to music.

In a research by Dr. Blaslotto at the University of Chicago, three groups of persons with no prior basketball experience were chosen, and each group was first assessed on their ability to shoot free throws. This is where the power of visualization comes into play. He separated the groupings into three distinct acts after that. The first group was instructed to practice free throws for an hour every day. The second group was instructed to

The second group increased their accuracy by 23% simply by visualizing how to shoot. The outcomes for the third group were essentially the same. This suggests that visualization has a significant influence on how one perceives the environment.

Affirmation

Like self-talk, affirmation is a crucial mental technique for empowering and inspiring oneself.

These are encouraging words that people say to themselves that give them vitality, drive, and enthusiasm, enabling them to take the proper and suitable action to reach their objectives in the best possible way. The part of our brain that works and performs actions is our subconscious. To rewire the subconscious mind and assist the person in focusing on the intended action for reaching their objectives, affirmations are positive statements that anchor the brain to believe in the same thing and produce pleasant sentiments and emotions. These affirmations must be repeated both mentally and vocally every day while working in front of a mirror, while at work or even sleeping.

According to the rule of affirmations, the statement you are making ought to adhere to the three Ps. It should be personal to you, positive, and written in the present tense. It is the correct affirmation for you if all three of these match. Affirmations may be made for many things, including independence, travel, relationships, money, happiness, and health.

Vision Boards

Vision boards are another tool for visualizing ideas. These boards consist of a collection of images that are relevant to your preferences. A person’s brain is stimulated in a way that generates confidence and energy when they picture themselves accomplishing their objectives regularly, which is why the vision board should show you doing so. Vision boards encourage people to take action by giving them the impression that their goal and action have already been fulfilled and that doing so would be simple.

Vision boards are for any vision that you have from health, wealth, relationships, success, community, and environment.

How to create a vision board?

  1. First, write down your goals and aspirations for the next five years in a diary. Think carefully and thoughtfully; writing will help you clarify your actual objectives.
  2. Collect pictures related to your objectives from Google, YouTube, and Pinterest. Take a printout of the same document.
  3. To make your vision board, remove a medium from a foam board and place it on a white or magnetic board.
  4. Bring a chart paper or decorative paper of your choosing, and adhere it to the board.
  1. Determine which image will go where on a piece of paper by drawing out the layout of your vision board or making a blueprint of it. All you have to do is arrange the picture placement for your vision board.
  2. Sticking out the photographs according to the strategy is the following stage after planning.
  3. When your vision board is finished, place it somewhere you frequently visit, such as your office or bedroom. You will see it on your website and visualize it again and again.

Importance of Action

By preparing and training the brain to work for the intended action through various impulses and signals, manifestation through various mediums aids in the development of a growth mindset and positive thinking. This helps to increase motivation, confidence, and muscle memory for carrying out the intended right action to achieve the goals. For instance, when a student emerges, his brain is trained to engage in challenging critical thinking tasks and is led to feel that the task at hand is simple and that he can complete it to the best of his abilities. It increases his energy, motivation, and self-assurance and makes it easier for him to carry out his tasks. But without action, manifestation is meaningless. The universe will encourage and support our aspirations, but for the manifestation to occur, we must put forth our best effort.

As a student, I’ve done a lot of manifesting lately. To transform someone who was initially terrible with numbers and barely passed exams into a student who performs the best on mathematical tests required a lot of time and effort. Affirmations have helped me attract success in all of my pursuits, and I continue to do so today. I used to utter and believe statements like “I am doing great at maths!” and “I have scored highest levels in my maths exams” all the time when I was studying maths. My life is being drastically changed via manifestation, which I continue to practice today for my relationships, health, education, athletics, and other areas.

In a nutshell, manifestation is a method that may transform an average person into an outstanding one. A mediocre individual turns into a legend. When taken seriously, this is pure magic that produces tangible, real outcomes. Let’s start our manifestation adventure and draw in what we all want by using the strategies I’ve outlined. Above all, we must remember that the secret is constancy. In addition to taking action, we must believe in the universe, have a development mindset, and have good intentions to attract what we desire. Come on, let’s create the lives we ought to live!
