– Observing how air enters and exits your body and paying attention to your breath are examples of mindfulness.

– savouring every mouthful, eating with awareness, and giving the meal your whole attention.

– paying close attention to what someone is saying without preparing your response.

– observing the bodily sensations you experience when walking or engaging in other physical activities.

– Keeping a detached distance between your ideas and feelings

We face a variety of demands and stressors in job, school, colleges, and universities. Any focused learning process can be influenced by emotions, including self-doubt about your aptitude and level of syllabus mastery.
